Charlie Page is a Registered Psychotherapist from Canada and the founder of Power4Teens (P4T) in Toronto. Charlie currently works between Geneva, Switzerland & Morzine, France and has online therapy available to local and overseas clients.
Her psychotherapeutic work focuses on adults, adolescents and families. The issues she deals with vary from managing the challenges of transitions (relocations, divorce, death etc) low self worth, anxiety, anger, depression, self harm and suicidal ideation.
Her prior work at P4T was developing mental and physical strength and resilience in adolescents through after school support programs and mind-body summer camps. She has also worked extensively with adults on the physical and mental aspects of weight loss and creating fitness goals.
Her clients range from youth struggling to fit into the world, helping parents find balance within their families and assisting adults in their lives and relationships.
Charlie's success comes from her love and understanding of the people she works with and her honest, caring and holistic approach to mental and physical health.
Charlie is an 'Adult Third Culture Kid' (ATCK) having grown up in Kuwait and the UK and can relate well to the benefits and challenges that relocations can have on families.
She holds an honours degree from Bristol University in the UK and spent many years working as an international consultant for overseas assignees. Charlie is a Certified Coach Practitioner with CCF and Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She also holds qualifications as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with Can-Fit-Pro.
Charlies psychotherapy takes a fully holistic approach to health and incorporates a combination of Western & Eastern philosophies to mental healing.
She believes conventional medicine and the pharmaceutical industry is useful in certain situations but that therapy is required for real and permanent healing and change

Dealing with the whole spectrum of challenges that adolescents face, from not fitting in, low self esteem, friendship issues, feeling lost, anger, depression, anxiety, self harm and suicidal ideation. Charlie's connection and understanding of youth through her work at Power4Teens is the foundation of her success. She helps lead and empower them to understand and help them take control of their mental health through education, coaching and therapeutic methodologies.
When working with adolescents it is always a family affair and assistance can be provided for the family as a whole. With a deep understanding of the issues that come from globally mobile families Charlie provides a supportive safety net for parents in relation to their move and beyond. As a mother of two and having worked extensively with teens and parents she has a suitcase of strategies for "surviving the teen years" that have helped parents navigate the stormy waters of their adolescent children.

Previously having worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor Charlie incorporates a fully holistic approach to mental wellbeing with positive psychology and a focus on the mind-body connection.
